Common questions
The AI app did not use it. Mention it by name in your request, for example "Use Zovo Floor Plan to ...".
Is my data stored? Only the files it generates for you to download, for 1 hour; then they are deleted automatically. Nothing else is stored. See the privacy policy.
What can it not do?
- Rooms are rectangles (an L-shape is two rectangles); curved or angled walls, stairs, furniture and wall thickness are not drawn
- Sizes are taken as given; the plan is a sketch for planning, not a survey or a permit drawing
- The PDF font covers Latin, Greek, Cyrillic and Vietnamese; other scripts show as ? in the PDF (the SVG keeps them)
- Plans are not kept; the files of a large plan are stored for 1 hour so the links work, then deleted
